LeadHog is an AI-powered form builder that helps you capture leads and automatically respond to them with personalized, intelligent responses. Unlike traditional form builders, LeadHog can research your prospects, generate custom responses, and even send personalized emails—all automatically.

1. Go to the LeadHog registration page
2. Enter your name, email, and password
3. Click "Register"
4. You'll be automatically assigned to the Free plan
5. You can start creating forms immediately

The Free plan includes:

• 1 form
• 100 form submissions per month
• Basic email notifications
• No AI features
• No webhooks or redirects

You can upgrade at any time to unlock AI features and higher limits.

1. From your Dashboard, click "Create New Form" or go to Forms → Create New
2. Work through the 5-tab wizard:
   • Form Basics: Name and description
   • Form Builder: Add fields
   • Actions: Configure what happens after submission
   • AI Agent: (if you have AI features) Set up AI persona
   • Review & Publish: Publish your form and get embed code

LeadHog supports 6 field types:

• Text Field: Single-line text input (e.g., company name, job title)
• Textarea: Multi-line text input (e.g., project description)
• Select (Dropdown): Single selection from predefined options
• Checkboxes: Multiple selections
• Date: Calendar date picker
• Heading: H3 heading for section titles (non-input)

Every form automatically includes required Name and Email fields.

Yes! In the "Review & Publish" tab, select "Draft" status. Draft forms won't accept submissions and can't be embedded, but you can continue editing them before publishing.

LeadHog has two main AI features:

1. AI Research Agent: Performs web research before generating a response. Uses search APIs to find relevant information about your leads.
2. AI Autoresponder: Generates personalized responses to form submissions. Can send responses via email automatically with customizable AI persona.

LeadHog supports multiple AI engines:

OpenAI Models:

• GPT-3.5 Turbo: Fastest, most cost-effective, good for simple responses
• GPT-4: Slower but higher quality, best for complex responses
• GPT-4o: Newer model, balanced speed and quality
• GPT-4o Mini: Fast and efficient

Anthropic Models:

• Claude 3.7 Sonnet: High-quality responses, good reasoning

• For quick on-screen displays: GPT-3.5 Turbo or GPT-4o Mini
• For important emails: GPT-4 or Claude 3.7 Sonnet
• For balance: GPT-4o

AI features are only available on paid plans. The Free plan does not include AI Autoresponder or AI Research capabilities.

Yes! Go to Subscriptions and click "Subscribe Monthly" or "Subscribe Annual" for a new plan, or "Switch to [Plan]" if you're already subscribed. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Form Limit: You cannot create more forms than your plan allows. Upgrade to create additional forms.

Submission Limit:

• Forms continue collecting submissions
• AI processing is disabled
• Emails and webhooks are disabled
• Data is still saved
• Limit resets at the start of your next billing period

Yes! Access the Stripe Billing Portal by clicking your name → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, then you're automatically moved to the Free plan. Canceling does NOT delete your account, forms, or submissions.

1. Edit your form (or create and save a new one)
2. Go to the "Review & Publish" tab
3. Make sure status is "Published"
4. Copy the embed code shown

Yes! The form uses CSS classes that you can target with your own stylesheets. Add custom CSS to your website to override the default styles.

Yes! LeadHog forms are fully responsive and work on desktop computers, tablets, mobile phones, and all modern browsers.

1. Go to your Dashboard to see recent submissions across all forms
2. Or click "Forms" → Click the form name → View submissions
3. Or go to "Submissions" in the main menu to see all submissions

Every submission includes:

• User Data: All form field responses (name, email, custom fields)
• Technical Data: IP address, user agent (browser), referer URL, form URL
• Timing: Date and time of submission
• AI Data: Research results, generated response, token usage (if AI enabled)
• Status: Whether response was sent, webhook fired, etc.

Yes! On the submission detail page, click in the response text to edit it, make your changes, click "Save", and then click "Send Response" to email the edited version.
